This sermon is an introduction to a sermon series on Fasting & Feasting for the Lenten season, based upon the poem written by Rev. William Arthur Ward (linked here)

This week’s focus is on the phrase “fast from problems that overwhelm and feast on prayer that undergirds”, considering how we deal with issues in our lives that seem to be too much for us.
