Day 2: Tuesday ROCKS 6/23/20
Miriam Cares for Moses (Exodus 2:1-10) – Today’s Bible Story Lesson is all about how Moses’s older sister Miriam looked out for him during a difficult time for their family. Let’s all give thanks for our Helper Heroes in each of our families, the people take care of us no matter what is happening.
Kindness spreads! What kind message or image will you paint on a rock for someone else to see? Leave a Kindness Rock on site in the Christ Our Anchor garden, and take one that means something to you. See how your kindness can affect someone else, and let their kindness benefit you too. Scroll to the bottom of the page to find out more about the Kindness Rocks Project as well as the location of the COA Kindness Rocks Garden.
What games do you think totally rock? This one will rock your socks off.
Baby Moses floated down the river in a basket. Can you make a boat or basket to safely float something special?
Sharing a snack with a family member is a great way to spread kindness. Here are two snack ideas you can have fun with, and even think about today’s story of Moses and Miriam while you make it.
The Kindness Rocks Project is a fun and meaningful way to spread kindness. Make your own rock like you saw in today’s craft, and place it in COA’s new Kindness Rocks Garden! Watch the video below to find out how you can see your kindness spread.
