On this year’s Pentecost Sunday, we focus less on the story of Pentecost and more on defining what the Holy Spirit is and does in the church and in our hearts today. This is often something that gets lost in mainline churches like Presbyterians. Yet when we miss out on the Spirit, we miss out on fullness of life.
